This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, IONOS processes the access data listed under section 3 on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Each time the website is accessed, access data is automatically stored in so-called server log files, e.g. IP address, date and time of access, name of the requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is used exclusively to ensure the trouble-free operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources. The log files are deleted after eight weeks at the latest.
The font used on this website is loaded locally from our own server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google) is established.
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, company, contact details and your request) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law) apply.
On our contact page, you can sign up for our newsletter. The sign-up form and the newsletter dispatch are provided by our hosting provider IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (see section 2), and embedded via the address pruefmaschinen.ssw-pruefsysteme.com. For the dispatch, we process your email address and any further voluntary information on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by email to info@ssw-pruefsysteme.de. After you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the mailing list.
We offer a password-protected area for registered customers. In this context, we process your user name and password (stored only in encrypted form as a hash value). For the duration of your login, a technically necessary session cookie is set, which is deleted when you log out or close the browser (Section 25(2) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Apart from the session cookie of the customer area (section 7), we do not set any cookies on this website and do not use any analysis or tracking tools.
Our website contains links to external services, e.g. YouTube and Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited), Apple Maps (Apple Inc.), TeamViewer (TeamViewer Germany GmbH) and Survio (customer survey). This content is not embedded; in particular, no map is integrated into our pages. Data is only transferred when you click on such a link. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply contact us using the details given in section 1.
