Instruments we calibrate

Maintenance

  • Filter and oil change
  • Cleaning and care of ball screws
  • Cleaning of electrical equipment and filters
  • Inspection of all screw connections and fastenings
  • Restoring smooth movement
  • Checking compliance with statutory service lives
  • Inspection of belts and pulleys
  • Detection of damage to cables and lines
  • Inspection of bearings
  • Analysis of noise development
  • Analysis of the installation site / ambient conditions
  • Checking crossheads for parallelism
  • Lubrication of moving parts, e.g. grip faces

During routine calibration work, we carry out minor repairs of up to 30 minutes free of charge. To keep your testing instruments in good condition over the long term and to minimise repair costs, we can also carry out maintenance on these instruments. The scope of maintenance naturally differs from instrument to instrument. For hydraulic systems, maintenance also covers the complete system including the hydraulic power unit. For electrical systems, we do not only check the mechanical elements – the electrical components are also visually inspected.

On request, we can also check and refill the nitrogen accumulators of hydraulic systems. After maintenance, you receive a maintenance report listing all work carried out as well as recommended work. For example, we also recommend when hydraulic hoses should be replaced and measure them so that they can be replaced the following year.

Maintenance contract: 10 % discount

We do not reward first-time customers – we reward our regular customers: with a maintenance contract, you receive a 10 % discount on all work carried out during our visit.
